Spatchcocked Roast Chicken is a really tasty easy thing to make for a group of people. You basically just have to figure out how to spatchcock it, which is just taking out the backbone and pressing it down to make it lie flat. The rest is just seasoning it and putting it into the oven for close to an hour and you have a juicy centerpiece protein that goes good with roasted potatoes and a vegetable like brussel sprouts or asparagus

Spatchcocking a whole chicken is my go to because it can last me the week. Seems intimidating at first, but one youtube short later and you can cook a whole chicken in under an hour at 425Β° F. Plus with the shorter cook time, potatoes, carrots, etc. can go in at the same time, in the same pan. Minimal attention. I eat part of it the day of and usually end up using the chicken breasts for sandwiches or stir fry later.

This is one of the items on household menu that makes a comeback at least once every two weeks. Hot take though? This is like a Thanksgiving dinner done in an hour, but better. Also, did you know that a whole chicken is under $10? Anyways, Adam Ragusea is one of my favorite people on Youtube because he bases his cooking philosophy around not having to weigh or measure things. To me, I think it's one of the most painful things about cooking something new for the first time. This is very forgiving recipe, and you're nearly guaranteed an easy and delicious chicken dinner.

Its a web app that people submit 1 song per week and then everyone gets to vote on the all the different songs but their own. After all the rounds have been completed, the person with the most votes wins! Its a fun way to share music with people and get competitive. Been using this app with other online communities and friends for a few months and have really been enjoying it. NOTE: I created a PI.FYI League where the first submission is this friday. I limited it to 25 people for now not sure if I should open that up to more but it would be pretty overwhelming to have more than 25 songs to listen and vote on.
