put a small handful of frozen raspberries in a bowl - defrost in microwave if you want a particularly cosy breakfast, otherwise skip. add some oats (just enough to nearly cover the berries) and chia seeds (wing it) & cover with boiling water. i like to add enough that the result is a little soupy. add a biiiig spoon of peanut butter, and a teaspoon of honey, and mix mix mix, and bam you’ve got the yummiest brekkie ever
