this has been my go-to album when i’m studying for a while now. highly recommend listening to it when you’ve gotta lock in on an assignment. something about it just makes getting work done much easier.

Mid-terms are coming up for me and recently I noticed I can't study anymore when there is music with lyrics, so jazz has become my personal go to. Outside of that also some other stuff, not sure on a singular vibe.

okay crazy turn of events for a person who thought jazz was just noise. today i listened to jazz, specifically fast-paced jazz on a walk and it rewired my brain. shout out to sophia mayer on spotify for her "FAST PACED JAZZ FOR FINALS SZN LOL" playlist. i hope you aced your finals stranger. of course my favorite track from her playlist is moanin' by mingus big band. anyways, i take it all back, jazz is awesome. check that song out.

i was in rough shape this morning so i took a page out of his book by smoking a joint with some spicy noodles and a coke. would recommend doing this it definitely helps soothe the hangxiety and self loathing.
side note i love little plastic stools like the one in this pic so much sitting on them always makes me feel so cool idk why

i had a collection of mubi notebooks. they publish them twice a year. it’s a great read if you’re interested in film. unfortunately they’re all gone now because of the eaton fire but hopefully ill be able to buy the old ones online somewhere.
