The existential dread is making me not want to leave my house :( however I must Go Out and See My Friends. This is a rec for me - staying in will not help the anxiety go away, so you might as well interact with friends.

You will surprise yourself and you will connect with the coolest groups of people. Donāt let imposter syndrome or rejection stop you. Get rejected one hundred times. Itās worth it for the times youāll be seen and accepted and supported. And you get to support others while youāre at it.
