This cafe is such a gem 🌟
The food is amazing (avocado toast n quiche r YUM!) & the vibes r immaculate !!!! it‘s decorated with so much greenery & trinkets; the baristas r so cool (read: gay), & the music playing sounded like it was straight from my own Spotify (i.e Faye Webster, Clairo, Leith Ross, etc) !!!
This cafe is every sapphics dream 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱

Queer Latina owned cafe with the cutest decor, good music playing, and the drink i got was delicious!! It’s centered around celebrating women/non binary/lgbtq musicians! If ur in LA go support, they just opened a couple months ago!

My favorite coffee shop in town
Moody vibe, great music, lovely people and some sick-ass punk shows
I like being able to sit down and concentrate, but also feel like I'm part of a community hangout. Seeing people come in and out, bump into old friends, play music on the patio and hug each other brings a wonderful sense of love and mutual enjoyment

I’ve been going on walks lately & they’ve been helping my mood a lot. Usually this time of year I succumb to seasonal depression (or maybe just my major depression) but I’m realizing that I don’t have to be JUST sad. I can be sad while doing other things, like walking or writing.
I’m trying to do things I like & I’m trying to like who I am, even when I am sad.

My warmest memories happen in the Fall.
I feel like things start slowing down. Things get busier, but the air is cooler and lighter. There’s less pressure. I see my friends more often. And the days are shorter and maybe depression gets heavier but the drives are more scenic and the moon feels closer. The start of Fall has always felt like a new beginning. I think Fall is when my year really begins :)
