If you don’t have a real espresso machine make coffee in a moka pot and pour it over a scoop of your favorite ice cream. I like Trader Joe’s vanilla bean. If you really get wild add a splash of amaretto.
affogato - espresso and just plain vanilla bean ice cream so so yum - put a little flakey salt too amazing
or a matcha affogato with like a passionfruit creamsicle ice cream (i tried passionfruit creamsicle at folderal the place that does ice cream and wine pairings in paris and it was so yum)

There’s “real new york pizza” down the street that I could walk and get right now but sometimes, mediocre at best pizza that reminds you of simpler times is what u really need
