Sometimes it’s called Thai summer salad and I love it. Cucumber, red onion, lime, cilantro or mint maybe. Or try sumi salad :)

i normally dress it with olive oil, black vinegar, dried dill, plenty of salt...you could def add chilli in some form or something sweet...both black vinegar and dried dill i find specifically very therapeutic
