it’s so simple and there are so many different options of what kind of cucumber salad to make. it is one of my go-to ways to eat veggies. or i just eat a can of green beans with salt lol
my usual is salt, pepper, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, gochujang, sesame oil and garlic (jar or power depending on what i have). everything to taste!! it’s so delish.
