The movie was amazing. The soundtrack is astounding. my fav movie soundtrack ever and maybe even favourite album ever? Every song is great, my favourite is ‘stuck on the puzzle’.

With all of the arcs, there’s a real advantage to listening to soundtracks in studio. I started listening to Desplat’s soundtrack for Birth a month ago after rewatching the movie (and realizing how the entire movie relies on the soundtrack) and now I’m hooked on his entire discography. You know something good is gonna happen when the shape of water pops up.Also strangely love all of the French Dispatch songs (might even watch the movie some day)

i just watched this film last week and it was instantly a new comfort film for me. the grading, the set design, the story, the wardrobe and THE SCORE! it’s so beautiful and i’m so glad i found bryce dessners solo music thanks to the film. the soundtrack has been on repeat. listening to it feels like a warm hug and it makes me want to sit by the ocean and ponder

I usually take my matcha unsweetened but when I want a little bit of sugar I add a small spoon of condensed milk. I find that this way gives the matcha more depth and the flavour is just way better (imo) than just adding sugar syrup. There are many types of condensed milk brands but my favourite is the one circled in purple.
