My favorite band in Brooklyn right now. They are absolute sweeties. Their most recent single is "Marzipan" and they have more bangers coming out so so soon. A gift to us all. Literally toot toot all aboard the Debbie train.

from the minds of the chicago wunderkinds who went on to form deerest friends, sharp pins, lifeguard, post office winter, and other hallogallo/related-teen-indie-rock-brilliance came this delightful project
wonderfully meshes together eras of indie rock/pop to create something so unique and magical, haven’t stopped thinking about it for a while
this is one of those records that gets people to get their friends together to start their own band

Communication is definitely key. It’s primary to understanding.
The understanding is so important, but it’s only possible if the things that need to be understood are communicated.
What’s obvious to one person can be obscure to another.
So without communicating, one could end up expecting understanding of something that‘s unknown to someone else, which isn’t really fair, regardless of what it is.
Communication isn’t pointless, it’s kind of the point.
Or, to keep with the metaphor, communication is the key that unlocks the door to understanding and comprehension.
