Anything by Carter Were She has a few cookbooks, as well as a stubstack, and I regularly make her versions of:
~ pumpkin soup
~ green soup
~ cauliflower soup
There’s always at least one in my freezer.
Also great are Samin Nosrat’s Tuscan bean and kale soup, it’s in Salt Fat Acid Heat.
