Handmade/personalized gifts for every occasion

i recently discovered i love gift giving. also discovered i love personalizing gifts even more. i sat in the park and painted this for my friend who is having a house colding party (he’s utilizing the rooftop one last time). this was completely free hand and so fun to make. i have a letter making kit i antiqued and i taped one inside. this truly is how i love, through creativity! i’ve never had anyone make a gift for me but i would love nothing more.

example: a last minute gift for my mother (mother’s day) wrapping envelope: from a card never used ribbon: $2 at dickens fair two years ago tissue paper: saved from an Etsy order cute little bag: used to package a necklace i bought inside a small blue essential oil glass bottle (originally stored essential oil) inside that an aromatherapy body moisturizer made from ingredients in my backyard (lavender) and kitchen.

logging my life

am currently trying and will try to record more of life in 2025. whether it be through collecting receipts, jotting down an entry in a journal, recording a voice memo, or taking a simple video. i love looking at old video/photos and jounal entries to see what i did on a specific day. we always forget about the mundane

early commutes to work

woke up at 530 and got on the train around 6. hate the early commutes but at the same time id rather be on a train with few people and leave work early so the pros outweigh the cons here
