2024 has really been the year of getting junior mints at the movies. Never before did I really care about candy at the movies, always felt a bit excessive imo but the junior mint is ideal because it refreshes you against the salt overload from the popcorn (which is also one of my favorite snacks, thoughts on popcorn are for another time).
Also the package cannot be beat and I hope they never change it. And by change I mean doodlefy it like every product design seems to be now.

i ALWAYS have a little candy on me. shout out my grandma (RIP SHARON!🙏🏻🤍🕊️) she had mini chiclets in her purse and would share them with everyone <3 it feels amazing… walking around wonkastyle
anyway this tube is skittles take on the mini m&m. one difference is they don’t have the white “S” which is an interesting choice, branding-wise…these minis are free
plus i think skittles makes your breath smell better than some mints

Now THAT’S what I call gum. I’ve never been able to enjoy a pack without basically pouring all of them into my mouth at once.
Very much has the whole mini m&m effect. Idk if they even make Chiclets anymore to be honest.

I threw a dinner party last night and it was so much fun! It’s winter and it’s been pretty bleak, so I thought it be nice to have friends over. This was my first time hosting something completely solo and I thought it would be very stressful but it was smooth sailing and the night was merry and cute! For me this past year has really been about platonically putting myself out there and forging local friendships and last night felt like a cumulation of that effort :-) It wasn’t a super fancy meal, but still, very nice. It’s great to be invited but its also like sometimes you gotta make the magic happen

I’m sitting outside eating a spicy falafel wrap and fries in the best city (Philadelphia), the sun is shining, ambient music is being played directly into my eardrums, I’m texting friends, a child is playing and just leapt over me. I’m wishing everyone I talk to a happy new year :)
