I don’t actively watch trailers. Movie trailers feel like they tell you the entire movie in 3 minutes and make me not want to watch it. I don’t want to see all the coolest scenes with all the best jokes before I’ve watched the movie! I always read a short synopsis or summary if I’m interested, or look at what other people have said in reviews. OR GO IN BLIND! YOU MIGHT FIND A NEW FAVOURITE YOU NEVER WOULD HAVE WATCHED!!!

I also enjoy going into a film knowing nothing about it but sometimes it helps to narrow it down when you have a list of potential movie options. This can also be particularly helpful if you are watching with other people and a decision can be made based on what movie vibe everyone is feeling.

then watching the trailer post, reliving all the fun [or not] times you just had. Did this recently with Anatomy of a Fall and wow, would have been a completely different [bad] experience if I had seen the trailers first.

Guys pls listen to student and community run radio it’s so fun and more low key compared to the big corps. AND a lot of the people making it run are volunteers! Do some research on your local station and tune in!!!

I love to look at all the dvds at any little second hand store i can find. i almost always find gems to add to my collection, and they are like never more than $2! Plus I really enjoy physically owning the movies I love.

When I was really stressed and anxious one night, I took some sidewalk chalk and walked around my backyard and broke chunks off and then crushed them in my hand. It would talk a while to go through the whole piece of chalk, and the pieces I dropped I would crush under my shoe. It really got me to slow down and feel more in control. I also really loved the texture and how my hands would get coated afterwards.
