COOL PHOTO FOR MY MUSIC

took a day to shoot some cool photos with my friends for my new album! gonna use them for promo and the cover and stuff but i really wanted to share this shot. It’s my favorite of the bunch but the lighting and pose and fisheye lens we used gives it such a cool vibe and im in love with it. Feels like some Big Brother shit or something idk.

nothing fancy here - just my iphone on low exposure. a really special night (shared by someone with whom i‘m no longer familiar). i love how warm the picture feels, even with all the blue tones. or maybe that’s just my nostalgia colouring it differently.

Draw from life WHENEVER possible

I bring a sketchbook wherever I go, especially when I know I’ll be going to places with art or interesting architecture. If you’re not an “artist” or have little experience in physical mediums I think it’s still a great mental exercise and cannot recommend it enough! Every skill is learned! West coast rOAD TRIP

Last summer I went on a near full month road trip with 3 of my close friends, starting in Seattle down to Mexico then back up to Utah. It got me out of several comfort zones and pushed me to the edge constantly in the best way. Definitely a trip I’ll forever think and talk about. So grateful for those three.
