She is a Brazilian chef, owner of a michelin star restauran. Her dishes are so creative, and truly define food as an art for me, her use of different ingredients native to Brazil, alongside her mastery of different techniques and presentation is just spectacular.
And on top of that, she is an incredibly creative person. She is a painter, a mother and one of the very few people I actively follow and look forward to on the wasteland that is instagram. Give her a follow, you’ll love it.

She primarily draws food and particularly these daily life tablescapes that I really love. She also did a series on the olympics this summer that was really cool (linked to check it out on her instagram).

Nowadays I literally only cook w/ my notebook in hand. I basically don’t use recipes anymore and take notes of everything like I’m doing a lab report it’s super fun and allows me to be much more creative and bold while cooking

It’s the only book by Dostoiévski that I’ve read to completion, but it still managed to become one my fav books of 2023 (when I read it the first time). It’s really short, but still a great read!
