When i say everything can be different i mean it ! changing your bedā€˜s position can give you a sense of difference in your day to day life. So letā€™s go slowly and expand that with little resources : Home : -Changing your room from bed position to where the desk is - maybe even change the whole room with the other siblings/parents. -As an outfit repeater i always try to put a piece with a different one just to be able to create a new out. -Art is your friend, try to sketch, colorbooks, craft, crochet, etcā€¦ - Journaling with prompts, use tiktok and youtube to get prompts and start writing as much as you like - discover the internet, start searching new niche websites as a hobby, searching by itself is a hobby, use reddit to discover to world. - try new recipes with the ingredients you already have in the kitchen. - pinterest mood boards - reading books - get into movies, analyse the movie, rhe colorgrade, the technique etc.. - discover new music Outside : - try new roads - discover your city parks - register in a library - walk by the beach even if itā€™s cold - collect plants (either by taking pictures for a digital board or a physical one in your journal book) - watch the sunset with music on - try new drinks in your local coffeeshop - window shopping (you dont have money so what ? Just look at the items even try them, you like it ? Thats a motivation point to be able to save up for it for the next sale season etc..) - if you work or use your laptop to study, use the internet to make it more fun ( ex : search how you can navigate your mail box without using your mouse - search how you can write a whole email without touching the mouse - make your tables colorful - try a new style of writing - etc ā€¦) - after work/school, dont go straight home, walk a bit, discover anything ā€œnewā€ around you. - before school/work, try to wake up earlier, get pretty for yourself, skin care routine, shower a bit longer, make your fav breakfast, walk slow to ur destination.. - ask around if u can do any volunteer work in your city. - join a book club - join a craft club

honestly try anything and everything! nothing exists but the present moment. when i want to switch up my day, iā€™ll read a new book, learn a new recipe, even watching a show feels more productive than doomscrolling on my phone. the easiest way for me to find something to do is looking around my house and using any object i find, or even cleaning. going on walks! oooh if you live in a city, nothing is better than a walk

Take a different route home from work. Try a new drink. Pick up that book you bought for yourself but never read. See what it feels like to not procrastinate. Use the dish washer instead of hand washing. Call an old friend. Call your grandparents. Write a poem. Buy new socks. Live a little more.

- eat food that u like (bonus points if u cook a recipe, I find it very therapeutic) - dont procrastinate on cleaning - do it at the start of ur day and end of ur day (also therapeutic) - move ur body!! dance, walk, run, stretch!!!!!!!! itā€™ll help regulate ur parasympathetic nervous system - cold showers stimulate neural pathway development :) - be careful with what songs u listen to, make sure the lyrics arenā€™t..erm condescending bc I believe words u tell urself/listen to are very powerful. - pursue long-form media & hobbies to refocus ur attention span perhaps into a book, a feel-good movie/tv show OR paint, journal, sew clothes, make a bracelet. - explore ur city! pottery classes, farmers markets, botanical gardens, thrift stores, new park, new food spots - always indulge in ur appearance even if u arenā€™t going anywhere. Wear clean clothes, brush ur hair, be hygienic, indulge in skincare. :)

The fact that i can stay in bed warm with my phone or laptop and music in the background as i watch my favourite movies/series/youtube vids with a warm tea is simple enough to make me grateful for wherever i am today. Worrying about what I should wear to work is a beautiful thing because itā€™s a privilege that sadly some people canā€™t afford :( Complaining about to cook is a beautiful thing because someone somewhere sadly canā€™t even afford/have access to a simple bread piece. Literally feeling the warmth of the sun while standing waiting for the bus is a beautiful thing to cherish and be grateful for.
