I think that's what it's traditionally called. Soak cooked rice overnight in the water it was cooked in and leave it in the fridge. In the morning, blend the rice with plain yogurt until it reaches a thick soup-like consistency. Then, stir-fry onions and green chillies with mustard seeds, curry leaves, a pinch of salt, and roasted cumin powder. Mix everything and you've just made yourself the most refreshing breakfast that is also equally good for you gut!!

make a bunch of rice at the beginning of the week, stick it in the fridge, and then have it for breakfast with your protein of choice, avocado, cucumber, etc. I used to do this with eggs and it’s delicious and filling! You can also use it to make rice pudding for breakfast though I suspect texturally, you might not love that either.

It's super refreshing and you can eat it hot or cold. You already have the tea like most people do so just brew the bag with some dashi, mirin, and seared scallion if you're feeling fancy and drizzle them over hot rice. There you go you got some nice flavorful dish to go with everything.

easy. reheat some rice (in a bowl). get some short rib and onions. cook the onion and short rib with some mirin, soy sauce, and teaspoon of sugar. crack 2 eggs (sunny sideup). once all cooked, move the cooked short rib and onion to the rice with some kimchi and then top the rice bowl with the egg. get a seltzer and enjoy
