josephineh We used the “Cook What You Have” cookbook by Milk Street, so the recipe is on their website but paywalled. I’m seeing a few other recipes that add a bunch of spices in but we basically made a base and only spiced with harissa, salt, and pepper! And I also used San Marzano canned tomatoes, which are good quality!
i can’t lie i made it like once for the homies but it was such a fulfilling experience it made me feel so phenomenal so that is my go-to potluck dish i think
