"Tin to Table" by Anna Hezel made me rethink how I use tinned fish/seafood.
i had a lot of reservations about tinned fish because i thought i was limited to just eating the fish straight out of the can... but taking the food and cooking it with other ingredients has got me really excited about eating seafood and it makes it really easy to incorporate into my homemade recipes! last week Vatsal and I made the most delicious pasta with some tinned clams and i have thought about it nearly every day since.
