i always had issue eating sweet and heavy things early in the morning bc they made me feel so sick and i basically had to force it down.
i’ve said it here before but i love quesadillas in the morning bc they’re fairly quick yet so filling and give you so much energy. i also make baked pita “pizzas” w olive oil, feta, spinach, roasted peppers…honestly whatever i have in the fridge.
i really love a good egg and french fry moment when im feeling lazy :) or leftover rice and beans. i always pair anything i eat with a hot tea or some kombucha for easy digestion.
going on three years having it every morning, don’t think ill ever tire of it?
its easily customizable, healthy, quick, different types (steelcut, rolled oats, quick etc.), keeps u full til lunch. the other breakfast girlies don’t have the range
