lately I’ve found myself going out and punching people in the back of the head, pushing groceries out of peoples’ arms, and kicking people in the stomach. it’s a great reminder that you can find community with others in unconventional ways, and that what can be harmful for other people can often be really fun for me. go out and hurt someone today!

i used to be a pretty angry kid. i was just angry at everything, my parents, my friends, myself, the world at large and after a while my parents put me in therapy to try and help me out. that worked pretty well but it was only when i started to run did i discover the best way to exert my anger. by the end of each run i felt way too tired to be angry and once that "fire" is lessened, i found it so much easier to think rationally about why exactly i was angry and address it instead of just blowing up. now along with running, i have a boxing bag that's fun to just whale on for a while until i either calm down or tire myself out to the point where i don't have the energy to actually be mad anymore. some other things i do is just pop my headphones in and blast some music or isolate myself until i trust myself not to blow up at anyone. super happy for you and your partner, hope this helps anyone looking for tips!

Every time i forget my water bottle at the gym I realize how much better and more energized I feel when i rip an intense cardio set without sucking down some stupid water. Especially when i haven’t drank water all day. You unlock a new level of athleticism, perseverance, and stoicism. It makes you sick seeing the sheeple around you drinking their liquid out of their precious little Stanleys and Naglenes. Whats the matter? Baby need his baa baa?
