i remember first listening to pure heroine by lorde at 12, and the whole album has grown with me as i've entered adulthood. it was the first album i remember listening to all the way through. it was the first cd i ever bought for myself, and it started my love for collecting. i genuinely don't think there is or will ever be another album as influential to my being as this one has been.
my favourite track has been a world alone since i was 14. it's been in my spotify wrapped for like 5 years now. i hope that i can love it forever.

i've always found trust to be the biggest breaker of fear. sometimes it's trust that your support system will help you if the fear is too much. sometimes it's trust that you've been here before, and you've already made it out alive.
though i was previously a platform diver and throwing myself off a 10 meter platform multiple times a week made everything else feel a lot easier. i don't recommend that one haha!
