The Olympus mju series is probably the best point and shoot film camera that wonāt break the bank right now. Amazing build and optics quality, hereās some Fujifilm 400 I shot on mine when I went to NYC last April.

The Olympus can be had on eBay for less than $100. Amazing build quality point and shoot film camera. The Canon 5D Mark 2 and 5D Mark 3 are the older generations of the full-frame 5D product line, so they typically sell used from $350-$550. Best beginner āseriousā digital camera. Look at KEH and MPB too, both are dedicated quality used camera stores. Canon Powershot G5X and Powershot G12 are cheaper alternatives too.

Several people I know swear by the Olympus XA, and it's one of the smallest ones out there. All of the Olympus Stylus series ones are great imo, but some are more expensive than others. I have the Olympus Stylus Zoom 140 which seems to be pretty cheap and reliable. A friend of mine has the Olympus Infinity Stylus that we both love.

I shoot with an olympus mju ii and even though itās an expensive, impossible to repair camera (Iāve had to replace mine once already) I love this little point and shoot. itās great for fun film pics but also capable of really stunning portrait work of my friends :)

I have a near-Biblical dislike of Allbirds shoes and every other Tim Cook Jeff Bezos Middle-aged Balding Pickleball coach ass shoe out there for convincing the public that these were in any way cool. No dude, you look like a loser with these. They look bland and lifeless, like they were concocted in the same boardroom that made the flat graphic design trend that Meta and Google love so much. Like someone else said, one of the best, most freeing things is to leave the dating apps behind especially if you struggle with self esteem. I know people who have found amazing relationships from dating apps, but as a whole I believe they have done a great job at commoditizing romance and making interactions transactional; they want you to pay more money to keep swiping until your thumbs hurt. Combine that with the fact that all the major dating apps are owned by either Match Group or Bumble, data privacy concerns, and you now have an industry that treats dating like a mobile gacha game. Dating felt fun and natural for me the minute I left the apps behind. This is just my 2 cents, so take it with a grain of salt. Maybe they work for you, if so, more power to you!

Join or get into doing a āsocialā form of exercise i.e a rock-climbing gym, MMA gym, yoga classes, running clubs. Just going to Planet Fitness wonāt cut it. An environment where you can easily approach others while exercising, and be able to talk like āWhat bouldering grade are you on?ā āI donāt know how to top rope, can you teach me?ā Do this and you are guaranteed to get friends.
Going out of your comfort zone and taking risks. If thereās a āsketchy barā you donāt go to but one of your friends does, ask to go with them. You get a new experience if you like it + if you hate it you donāt have to go there again!
Dress and Smell your best self. This one is subjective and exists on a slippery slope but when I started mixing my own personal flair with nice luxury fashion brands and wearing them out with friends, I noticed I would get way more attention from women (or other guys like me who like style). If you have not already invest in good fragrance/cologne, I suggest D.S DURGA and Malin + Goƫtz.
BE NICE I canāt stress this enough.
I canāt begin to explain how many people forget this especially men like me. No bro, donāt go to the bar with the intention of getting in her pants that night, just go and have a fun time and be nice. If an attractive girl (or guy) DOES walk up to you, just talk to them like you would anyone else, and keep the convo engaging. Thatās all there is to it.
