I am in the midst of returning to work after an extended leave due to illness. I used to be curious about everything going on around the office, in case a change in programming or projects could inform my work in some way or offer an interesting opportunity. I am still curious, but now when the urge to ask about something that is not directly related to something Iām working on comes up I tamp that feeling down. I choose not to ask the question. I donāt need to know that, actually. And I wonāt!
