Is when someone sends you a song they think you would like and they actually get it right, and then it goes into heavy rotation, and every time you listen to it, it makes you think about how they were thinking about you, and it’s like a tiny little love letter from the universe, letting you know that in one split second in time, you were in someone’s thoughts

Yess! and now a set of neurons in my brain are reserved for that person. can't help but think about them everytime that song plays.

Yes. But also I feel like the song doesn’t even always have to fit into what I listen to perfectly, it’s sometimes the fact that they thought of me and the lyrics are something that make me feel so well perceived or appreciated, it’s the best.

if you think of someone when you listen to a song; whether it reminds you of them, you think they’d like it, literally anything, even for a split moment, SEND IT TO THEM! there is nothing more kind than a song sent to a friend or lover or even enemy.

just hit two of my closest humans with this in the span of 30 minutes. might hit a few more depending what the coffeeshop playlist throws at me. music makes me think of the people i love and i think it makes life even more worth living!!!! also a very sweet text to receive yourself; i can't believe music makes people think of ME

i think nothing can beat the feeling when somebody says that they have been thinking of you or something reminded them of you. whether it’s a tv show I recommended, a flower I really like or just a random thing I mentioned to them years ago- i love it when a friend tells me that they were thinking of me and actually like me ( I guess I also really like the validation cause of my lack of emotions permanence) but yep kind words feel even better than any material gifts.

I really hate when people say “you should watch this, it’s so good”. Maybe it’s my natural oppositional defiance at play, but any time something gets hyped up, I want nothing to do with it. So I just finished watching Challengers, and yeah. It lives up to the hype. But I’m glad I came to that conclusion in my own terms, makes it easier to see a piece of work for what it is, without the influence of too many opinions.
