i didn’t get to watch interstellar when it initially came out but lady luck loves me and i got to experience watching this masterpiece at the cinema at just the right place and time (with a fully developed brain and plenty of knowledge about the topics at hand). a few years back i also watched disney’s hercules and it was glorious so whatever the movie is i think everyone should take advantage of theatrical re-releases.

the rerelease is my new favorite experience because I might not have even liked something 20 years ago because I was a child.

The last time all of my friends’ schedules lined up to be able to go the cinema together was a few months back, when we watched rereleases of the star wars original trilogy each weekend, then rogue one. It was very fun :)

i had such a good time watching this movie— i even had a notebook out to keep up with what was happening because i have no patience but, even so, it managed to pleasantly surprise me in the end. i think it deserved a theatrical release… i can only imagine how much more exciting it would’ve been to watch it on the big screen. the movie itself is also very visually pleasing (imo) and that deserves extra cookie points <3

It was AMAZING. I had never been captivated by a movie in a theater like that at the time (2010). Definitely one of those movies you can’t stop paying attention to or you’ll lose the whole plot. Watching in theaters was the best way to experience it! I rewatched it recently and it’s still as amazing as I remembered.

during my more naïve years i restrained myself many times in conversations with people but now that i’m older i’ve come to not give a shit about many things and go on quite garrulously about things i love and care about! at the end of the day the people that care for you will simply listen and nod despite not having a clue what the fuck you’re talking about
