All of my journeys and people i’ve met on the walls with unique furniture i’ve collected that has found me throughout my life, warm and mainly reminiscent of my childhood home. No real aesthetic just life, lots of different patterns and plants on every shelf along with books and an abundance of physical media. Basically where I would want to be raised as a child. Keep in mind this is my final home I would take my last steps in not exactly my college apartment or something of my early days. Similar to Gilmore Girls home, or even the Call Me by Your Name house!

I’m not sure about the exterior - maybe an old apartment in Paris or NYC, maybe a traditional little house in coastal Italy, maybe something else entirely. Inside, to sum it up, eclectic. Furniture and decorations I’ll have gathered over the years, the best things will have a story behind them. There’ll be books in every single room, and somewhere to actually sit and read them. While I’m at it, same goes for music, record players or a radio or an instrument in every room. Stationary and arty stuff everywhere, too, I’d like to be able to create as soon as the mood hits. Also, a really nice tv with shelves near it that will hold an extensive DVD collection - physical media everywhere! Pictures on every wall, regardless of if they have any sort of relevance to each other, just whatever I think is cool. Plates and mugs and cutlery and stuff will all be mismatched, the only common theme being “I think it’s cute”. Plants everywhere. Warm lighting, preferably mostly ambient. Plenty of blankets and cushions and rugs (all the floors will be wood or tile, no carpet). Some sort of cool feature, like a balcony, or maybe a window seat. Oh my god, the things I’d do to have a balcony!! Completely maximalist, but in a balanced way - cozy, not overwhelming. Nice windows, also. The vibe is teenage girl meets chic grandma, but also the kind of thing my friends would see and say “omg that’s SO you!!”

give me maximalism. give me walls lined with books, buffet tables full of trinkets, kitchen ceilings lined with pots and pans, bedroom walls lined with posters and pendants, fridge doors covered in fun magnets, vintage lamps and chandelier, fun wallpaper and doorknobs. i want to see your personality and your hobbies. let me inside your brain.

Okay rapid fire highlights of the 8 houses from my first 18 years (idrk how that happened lol) 1) The bay windows I put my stuffed animals on as a display 2) the scary geese standing between me and the community playground every day 3) My princess canopy that I tried to swing on and tore down & the walls of the playroom that I painted so thickly that they could never get the stain out 4) My under the staircase harry potter inspired “secret” hide out 5) The creek out back & the carpeted staircase with my fav carpet material That’s all the nostalgia I got left

Fear never goes away you just need to move your body and shut up. I am an insane over thinker and I never stop thinking. I solo traveled to Argentina and I am going to a concert in a few days alone. If you keep at what you love even alone you will meet people on a similar path soon enough or maybe not! But you will learn a lot about yourself, and who you are. Also in regards to confidence. It’s a muscle not a thought process or a personality trait. You need to consistently work at it to keep it strong! you got this!

You have probably seen but nothing has affected me more than the end of la la land that last look made my heart drop physically. Sound of Metal my favorite of all time I can’t explain the ending and why it is so jarring you just have to endure it.
