love dumplings but they're always an appetizer or side dish. now i can just go to a restaurant and order a bunch of dumplings and scallion pancakes as a meal ?!?!? best thing to happen to my mouth since indian food

this is so true dim sum changed my life..., grew up in a chinese household so we did that style of dish often & then life was disrupted in the covid pandemic and i moved. didn't come back to dim sum or most asian cuisine for a long time because i never learned how to make it for myself and wasn't really motivated to go out and get it. revisited it maybe a year ago and i wet myself on the spot wow i love dumplings
