went to the art district in my town and saw this amazing piece of art in a gallery/shop. The best thing an artist can do is remember they have free will (and skill) to make whatever they want. The result is usually great. I want more of this

Enjoying silence

It's very rare that you sit and think of nothing and just be in the moment, quiet, and listen to nothing but the wind. It's a cleansing process on it's own. So maybe sit and enjoy silence.

Crying hurts

I definitely do not recommend crying, the other day I cried so much and when I looked in the mirror, my eyes were so puffy I couldn't see properly, I had a headache and no appetite at all. Definitely do not recommend crying at all, it's dangerous for your health and looks
