It's very rare that you sit and think of nothing and just be in the moment, quiet, and listen to nothing but the wind. It's a cleansing process on it's own. So maybe sit and enjoy silence.

You know that window of a few minutes right when you wake up in the morning where your thoughts havenโ€™t all loaded yet? These days I enjoy silence as a more affecting thing than a lack of stimulus. Like itโ€™s not the absence of noise, itโ€™s the presence of quiet. And it feels nice on your ears if you tune in.

I definitely do not recommend crying, the other day I cried so much and when I looked in the mirror, my eyes were so puffy I couldn't see properly, I had a headache and no appetite at all. Definitely do not recommend crying at all, it's dangerous for your health and looks
