Made this little pocket altar earlier this year and take it with me in all of my bags as a good luck charm. In it are little charms passed down throughout my family, a locket with pics of my parents in it, a ballerina from a bracelet my great grandma gave me at my first dance recital (when I was 3), and a mini Polaroid of my cutie gf πŸ₯ΉπŸ’–πŸ’«

my favorite gifts to give (and receive) are trinkets! even if you think they’re stupid or useless, there is so much love and meaning by looking at something in passing and being filled by the memory or thought of someone! i love perusing thrift store, antique store, etc… and picking out little objects that give me the same energy or memory of a parti person in my life!! i’ve received such an assortment of trinkets to build my collection with and it brings a smile every time i give them a glance. a museum of loved ones. (also it can be uber cheap)!!

When I have to do difficult things, I reward myself with a treat afterwards. (i.e "I have a doctor's appointment but at least I get ice cream afterwards!") Obviously, a treat can also be free. (Reading a chapter from a book you like, taking a walk, chatting with a friend, listening to music, etc.) You can also plan out your outfit the day before. "Everyone is going to be soooooo jealous when I show up in this fit." Depends on if you like clothes like that or not.

A deeply sad and slow-paced horror mockumentary. One of the bests in my opinion!
