turkish lebneh (it’s not as tart as the levantine lebneh that i’m used to - think a more neutral and creamy flavor, like if cream cheese and levantine lebneh had a beautiful little baby)
a boatload of olives, the brinier the better
any vehicle for these two items (i had a zaatar croissant)
loose vegetables (peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes), bread, cheese, pickles, hummus and tzatziki. easy and delicious. either that or a grilled cheese with mustard and onions
toast some really good sourdough bread until it’s lightly browned then slather some Brie cheese on it
While the Brie is getting melty, spread some pesto around in a frying pan and let it heat up before cracking an egg into it
slide your pesto-y egg into the toast when it’s fried to your liking
I think this will be good with a side of arugula with a squeeze of lemon but I’m always too impatient to do anything but scarf it down
