acknowledging that you don’t have it together is the first step to fixing your problem your wellbeing is not linear, it fluctuates between low and high points. recognizing that you are temporarily at a low point in your life and that it will pass helps a lot. also trying to find the root cause of why you feel that way and taking action helps prevent you being at a low point for a while idk

and then trying really hard to stop. obviously it's easier said than done. sometimes it all hits you like what am i doing? and for why??? the next step is to be nice to yourself about it tho it really just happens and that's fine

Not in a “I’m too cool to gaf” way but in a way that’s like… I’m actually more focused on what’s in front of me and being present most of the time and not stressing over something I have no control over (like the past) or something I don’t have the solution to right now (the future). It took me soooo long to learn this but after consistently going to therapy weekly for 6 months straight I’m finally getting the hang of it and my therapist was right!!!!! Deal with it when it’s right in front of you and not when it’s still 100 miles away. BE PRESENT. :D
