listening to recommendations

when someone recommends me something i take it very seriously. i rush to go do it and i always end up enjoying it and discovering new things. also when you mention that you listened to an album or watched a movie your friend recommended it always makes them happy. which makes me happy.

I’ve been here for a couple of weeks and I think it feels when recs are truly sincere and out of heart, when the person is passionate about them (unlike recs for likes or promotion, you know what I mean). I hope to give recs like these. At least I’ll try to.

FEELING THINGS DEEPLY

either it’s been imbedded in my dna or it’s the circumstances i was placed in. im somehow always crying during movies when a character is going through something devastating, eyes watering because a song is “so good”, or even silent and trying to soak up the moment because i know i‘ll remember forever.
