Heavy on this one, you carry yourself all day you GOT to treat your legs and back well!!! . figure four (hips) . child’s pose (lower back) . Downward dog (hams and calves) . Butterfly (inner thigh) . Towel hamstring stretch (hams) . Cat/Cow (lower/mid back) And honestly just taking a foam roller and rolling out your leg muscles is GOD TIER.

preferably before bed bc it helps me sleep sooooo much better and is a physical emotional release to end my day ★ back (seal stretch, downward dog, cat/cow) ★ shoulders (praying hands behind back, arm circles and whatever other movements i can think of) ★ hips (open/close gate, pigeon pose, butterfly, happy baby) even better if… /music is blasting in my noise cancelling headphones /i’m in complete darkness /i’m wearing the comfiest pjs i own (shoutout muji) /there’s incense burning (rn i’ve been using nippon kodo ka-fuh lotus) /i smell of lush sleepy body lotion (iykyk!!)
