Had to google what the stretch was called but this is what i do almost every morning and sometimes while working if i've been sitting for hours. i just like how it feels

I've been integrating stretching into my daily routine for a while... It's the first thing I do when I wake up, the last thing I do before going to sleep, and I usually stretch once or twice throughout the day because of how stiff I become bending over at my desk shrimp-style working from home. Sore AWAY!!!

I find it helps with muscle aches and stiffness better than static stretching. This 5-minute video is meant to be a pre-workout warmup but I use it to prepare for sitting at a desk for 8 hours.

once you have to do art for a living, you'll have to force yourself to do it even when you feel like shit, unmotivated and uninspired and man that really sucks the fun out of it. unless you're already really talented artist with strong confidence in your skills and you know you'll find interesting work easily. then maybe. if not, trust me, keep it as an enjoyable hobby for now
