saying "and" rather than "but"
When others do this, I think it shows that they have an unfixed way of seeing the world around them and don't adhere to limiting mindsets that can cause more harm. For example, saying "She's old and beautiful." rather than saying "She's old but beautiful." or "He's strong and kind" rather than "He's strong but kind.".

saying "i hardly know her!" after anyone says a word ending with -er
this never gets old and brings joy to everyone. if you do it enough, you can even start saying it after words that don't end with -er, but i would only recommend that move for more experienced individuals
