this is the good stuff right here, aquaphor healing balm stick, it’s literally just a thick chapstick that’s for your hands. i was sick and tired of wanting to heal my skin and having to rub all this goop and cream into my hands (getting my fingertips all goopy in the process). this chapstick thing is a LIFESAVER it avoids weird fingertip texture with cream AND it’s incredibly easy to apply to a smaller area or your entire hand!! Being ashy is not fun and it's also terrible for your skin. As someone who suffers from dry skin in the winter, I recommend lathering some shea butter on your face before stepping out of the house. This can be applied to your hands as well. A+D Ointment and Vaseline are also good facial products to keep your skin moisturized. Another option for your hands is Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Lotion. This is an effective and quicker option compared to the shea butter. Sometimes the butter takes time to work into the skin. I personally make time to moisturize my hands with both. I find this lasts longer. As for lips, some good options include Chapstick brand Original Chapstick, Blistex, Aquaphor, or Fenty Skin Lux Balm.

i once broke my phone and due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to get a new one for a couple weeks so I was forced to take time without it, and to be honest, it was beautiful! its nice to say “ah my phone wasn’t on me / my phone was broken so I couldn’t respond.“ since then I’ve done some time intentionally leaving my phone at home when I leave to have a bit of solace and experience the world around me for a moment without needing headphones in or checking notifications constantly. great stuff!!
