sounds disgusting but i mean breaking down tasks into itty bitty pieces. to the point where itβs so small it seems silly. it makes things so much easier!!!
finding places to volunteer or groups to join makes me so happy! i always walk home feeling like when you just come out of the cinema and your will to live is renewed. or like this horse.
