It’s the only way to save any money in my experience. As an aside; recently got an Instax Mini and the film is much cheaper and more reliable than anything polaroid is producing these days, would recommend if ur not married to the large format

Trusty every day film! Easy to find in 3-packs for stocking up.

Just started to buy one per race I’m running. It’s a nice way to get into film without having to buy a film camera. It is also way less risky; I don’t like bringing my nice film camera out on a run or hike, these are disposable and (almost) indestructible. There’s also so much delayed gratification in knowing you have no idea what the photos will look like until they develop. It’s a fun little surprise.

expensive nonsense but connects you to the photos more. breathes life into them. something to make images seem less disposable in an era of taking a picture of anything and everything

to me this is one of life’s most simple joys - especially during the winter. The combination of not driving + the heat from the pie keeping your legs warm + direct pizza fumes provides a precious and rare sensory experience
