- green noise. objectively better than any other noise. just knocks me out, plus gives you much deeper sleep. here’s my favourite.
- lectures on something you‘re not even remotely interested in. for me it’s physics.
- asmr ?? i dunno, i like it.
- breathing fresh air. nothing like a bit of fresh air for a city person. we’re all oxygen deficient.
- meditation. i love Medito (it’s on appstore and google play) meditations.
