Cooking your own calamari rings

You can literally buy a pound of squid for like $9 a pound. Season it however you like, I mean all you really need is salt, garlic and onion powder, toss that shit in flour, deep fry, and boom, you got yourself some crispy calamari rings instead of the soggy ones from that one restaurant that you frequent to.

its an incredible feeling to be seen and understood especially by newer people in your life

these are some events i’ve been writing down bc they felt good. i’m now realizing half of them are about matcha lol. still a good feeling to have. it’s almost familial and comforting and maternal??? idk now that i read these again these are mostly all about food and drink which i think of rly beautiful bc i think food is love
