(boy it was nervous alright!!! after the first breath of fresh, clean air i am no longer as nervous. it is calm… at peace)
helps me get back to trusting in myself, the universe, and the fact that love is everywhere. also an exercise in patience (otherwise i will burn my tongue on this apple spice chai) and a mid-work break to come back to myself
