Good cuts, good quality, good shit all around really. This is a new brand that is made in the fashion district of NYC that is currently making amazing blank t-shirts. All made with organic cotton that is farmed in the USA. The current shape is a little short for me personally but I heard through the grapevine there is more of a classic fit coming out soon. It’s hard to do basic stuff well and FM669 is done extremely well. Pass on the good news to your mates :)

better than LA Apparel—probably the best USA-made blank you can get. a bit more expensive but higher quality, better fit, more ethically produced. I run a brand in Brooklyn called Extra Vitamins and it’s almost exclusively what we use. we also print (and tie dye) everything by hand in our studio—in case you want help getting stuff made or have more questions send me a message! would be cool to work with y’all ✌️

Hey Tyler, you can ignore all the other recs right away. My friends refer to me as the MERCH MASTER™️ and I’ve become the go-to info person when it’s time to make little silly shirts since I’ve spent the last decade making one off designs with different brands of t-shirts. Let me be your sensei. LA Apparel is great, I use them most often because I think they’re worth the premium. For the summer, their 6.5 oz shirts are light and come in a few fits (oversized, cropped, etc.). I think their 8.5 oz are also great but due to the weight they always end up holding their shape even once washed a dozen times. Not a bad thing, just never feels like it breaks in. Comfort Colors are a great choice because they’re mid-tier in terms of price and they age great. Just take into account the fade is drastic; black t-shirts end up grey over time which I like but some people might not. I think the garment dying has something to do with it. Only other gripe is quality control isn’t great; I’ve had batches come with messed up hems or collars. Doesn’t always happen, but it has on occasion. I’d stick to their heavyweight because although marked as heavy, it isn’t at all. Hanes Beefy T’s are a long game t-shirt. They feel cheap and weird for the first 100 wears and then from 101 onwards they’re perfectly broken in. Sure they’re the ‘cheap’ choice but that’s not a bad thing. I’m currently wearing a Jesus Piece band t-shirt I bought in 2020 — it’s perfect now. As Colour is a relatively new contender that’s pitched to be the LA Apparel killer (spoiler: it isn’t). Although good they seem to be stacked up closer to Comfort Colors than LAA. Their heavy t feels closer to mid-weight than heavy, but it’s still great for the summer. I also like their classic t-shirt, just fits snugger than what you might like. They have a new class -2” which gives you the snug feeling with a cropped length; I love it. If you need recs for print shops, I have one I use out of Brooklyn called Wünder. They do great printing and I’ve used them for shirts, totes, and even embroidery on hats. Excellent quality. I’m also a fan of Beyond Belief out of North Carolina (note: he is a friend of mine), he ships and his pricing is competitive. Quality is excellent too. Really comes down to how big of an order you have + how fast you need it. If you have any more questions feel free to reach out.

hahah fuck They are so nerdy, tech and futuristic I love it! It’s the best when the people riding them have the full protective body armor Batman looking kit on. If they have the flashing lights and the JBL booming is the icing on the cake. Would love to give one a go one day but that shit low key gets me nervous, the amount of potholes I come across on my bike a day I couldn’t imagine not swerving a pot hole on  one of those things. RIP it would be! Oh and speaking of mobility on the streets, the dirt bike gangs are the noise of summer! Don’t really have much more to say about them but I love it when I hear them and then when they pop those wheelies chaaahoooo hahah

A very talented artist from New Zealand. I met Beach Boy back in 2013 and since then it has been amazing to watch him grow. He’s still super low key but his product is getting better and better with age and I feel any day now someone that is in some sort of position to elevate his talent more is about to come. But in the meantime I love it that he’s underground, he’s doing his thing! It’s hard to find original good content with fuck all views these days haha here is one of his new videos below and I believe that his new album will be out mid July which I can’t wait for. BEACH BOY!!! Turn that shit up and share it with ya neighbors. Oh yeah he also produces, masters and edits all his work. Unreal!

I don’t even wear jewelry but 27Mollys that is based in Melbourne, Australia is sick and makes me want to wear it. All pieces are hand made to order by founder Brent Paye who’s an absolute legend. The time and love put into each piece really stands out, and the aesthetic is spot on. Love this shit! Keep up the good work Brent :)
