if you struggle to get all your nutrition from eating food, are in a period of depression, are a heavy drug user, or otherwise generally feel like shit physically, your day to day quality of life will almost certainly be drastically improved by taking a simple multivitamin. more energy, better focus, better mood, better sleep, better immune system, and all kinds of other health benefits by just eating a couple gummies or taking a pill daily.
if you have poor nutrition or other health problems, taking vitamins is one of the best things you can do for yourself in terms of effort / benefit ratio. I don’t recommend relying on them but you gotta get your nutrients somehow.
