I've been integrating stretching into my daily routine for a while... It's the first thing I do when I wake up, the last thing I do before going to sleep, and I usually stretch once or twice throughout the day because of how stiff I become bending over at my desk shrimp-style working from home. Sore AWAY!!!

I find it helps with muscle aches and stiffness better than static stretching. This 5-minute video is meant to be a pre-workout warmup but I use it to prepare for sitting at a desk for 8 hours.
