strengthen ur core (planks + level up w forearms on a medicine ball)
Cobra pose (lie on ur stomach and push ur body up legs on floor behind you
Whenever u have to sit for long periods of time make sure you stand up and stretch at leaaaast once every hour
Strengthen ur neck I know that sounds insane
I looove the videos by ”man flow yoga“ on YouTube and the vibes r amazing obviously
If not, look into it
If so, follow their instructions
Yoga moves that help me are cobra, cat and cow, but they might not be good for you
The other recommendations from a PT I saw were core strengthening exercises
Massage most of all FR... and YOGA/stretching everyday
(you can even do yoga on youtube and search for back related stretches)
- physical therapy
(when I was in like 8th grade I had weird like extremely painful sharp shooting pains in my tailbone, maybe because of my slight scoliosis? Or extra vertebrae? I can’t remember- the exercises they gave me and things they did helped cure it eventually)
- heating pad
- foam roller
- getting knots out with lacrosse ball
- tiger balm
- baths with epsom salt
- I don’t do this but a massage therapist recommended sleeping with a pillow between your legs if you sleep on your side
- trying to maintain good posture/alignment, I used to be a dancer so ballet/modern dance helps with alignment
- chiropractor (not one that just cracks tf out of you so this requires research, but also just helps if you have some alignment issues but idk chiropracty is also not real science? - but it also has helped.)
I schedule stuff in my phone but I use my physical planner to write out what I actually did every day. it’s awesome and nice to reflect on all the weird stuff that I didnt mean to do. I also write what media i consumed and what memes or cultural stuff seems important on a given day because when I look back I’m always like oh ya i Forgot about that
if ur single go on a date a someone who is so not ur usual vibe it could be sooooo fun and you won’t be anxious because it’s like who the bleep is this
