as someone who loves to nibble on things throughout the day, grazing really is superior to full meals for me. Sure, a nice dinner/lunch/breakfast is great, don’t get me wrong, but I just love a piece of bread here, gnawing on a piece of cheese there, a handful of grapes over here. Keeps me going. NOT to be confused with girl dinner (A phrase I hate) which is STILL a meal - I’m talking a steady stream of tiny little snacks continuously (like every hour)
