Canโt believe those annoying fitness influencers were right. All it took was working out 5 times a week and I feel sane again. It could literally be just a 45 min walk or 2 hour leg day at the gym but I actually feel so much better mentally and physically.

dragged myself to the gym and these endorphins really make me feel like my entire life is turning around lol
I have friends all over the place and itโs not enough to just like their shit on social media, itโs good to call every couple of months and just have a life check in.
